Common Clothing

Wy is typically depicted wearing a cropped white tan top with lace along the top border with khaki shorts that are rolled up. Over these she wears an unzipped hoodie with a ruffled border at the bottom, that is depicted as more of a salmon in the anime, but is more of a true pink in Himaruya's coloured sketches. She accessorizes with an oversized red neckerchief and a red hibiscus flower pinned to her pigtail. Wy also wears tan flip-flips with a red strap.

In some strips Wy is depicted as wearing a scrunchie instead of a flower, or some amalgamation of both. In many strips Wy is also depicted without her neckerchief.

Halloween Costume

For Halloween 2013 Wy dressed as a nurse. The base of her outfit is an off-shoulder grey dress with small puffed sleeves and blue cuffs. This dress has a front panel with red piping, and a red cross to the right side. The skirt of this garment is ruffled and embellished with giant multicoloured pills. She wears a robin's egg blue half-apron with a red cross in a red circle. Wy accessorizes this outfit with a silver and black stethoscope, a black nurse's hat with red, white, and black checkered details to the right side, and a blue and white pill as well as a big red cross pinned to her hair. She wears white stockings and Mary Janes with this. In another sketch by Himaruya she's depicted as holding a large syringe with this outfit.
