Some information has not been directly stated by Hidekaz Himaruya, but has instead been deduced by fans; any speculation will be specified. Changes made in adaptations, such as the anime, is noted when applicable.

Suit

In his introduction in HWS Chapter 405 Wales is depicted in a light coloured blazer paired with a sweater vest and trousers with traveler's creases. He also wears a button down with a black tie and dark coloured boots. The rest of his outfit seems to be light coloured.

In later appearances, for example in his HWS Chapter 483 appearance he wears a light coloured cardigan instead of a vest, trousers, and button up, but his tie blazer is dark coloured now, he wears gloves, and his tie has been switched out for a bow which is also darkly coloured. In his chibi appearance, his button up seems to be dark-coloured as well.

In the cover of Hetalia: World Stars Volume 6 his blazer is coloured navy blue, with a turquoise lining, his button up and pants are both white, he wears a cardigan of a tan colour, and his bow is coloured a geometric pattern consisting of various shades of turquoise and blue. This outfit is also seen in an illustration posted by Himaruya on his Twitter but with red and maroon geometric patterns on his tie instead.

Gangsta

In his Hetalia: World☆Stars Gangsta appearance, Wales is seen, starting in Chapter 537, wearing a dark-coloured zip-up hoodie of which the front is open, which has a lighter coloured lining. It is also possible that this is some sort of raincoat. On the sleeves of this garment are the crest of his family in the AU. He is never depicted without this hood up. He wears it with a light-coloured t-shirt and darker coloured trousers with travellers creases. Wales also wears dark gloves, and seems to wear sneakers.

Alternatively, in an illustration page Wales is shown wearing an outfit similar to that in his World☆Stars debut, with a short dark blazer, a light button-up with a striped tie, a mid-tone, v-necked sweatervest, dark coloured trousers with a travellers crease, and dark Oxford shoes.
