== Re: Table of Contents ==

I looked over the source code, and the reason why a table of contents wasn't appearing on the page was because it had <nowiki>__NOTOC__</nowiki> written at the top of the article. That's a little line of code that basically forces the page to ''not'' have a table of contents (TOC), as usually they are auto-generated when there are multiple headings in a page. I went ahead and fixed it, so it should be good now!

I think the reason why that code was there was because the table of contents for the [[List of Hetalia: Axis Powers characters]] is really, really long (as you can probably guess from the amount of characters in Hetalia). The table of contents is always placed on the left side of the page by default, so having one there pushes the actual content of the article ''way'' down.

So in the future, if you come across an article that should have a table of contents but doesn't, it's probably because of that. You can fix it just by deleting the <nowiki>__NOTOC__</nowiki> line in the source code. If the table of contents ends up making the page look funny, just add <nowiki>{{tocright}}</nowiki> at the top of the source code. That is a template that forces the table of contents to be placed on the ''right'' side of the page. That should fix the problem.

I hope that made sense...it's always a bit tricky to play around with the source code. I will see if I can get the character list page cleaned up so you can edit it in "Visual" mode. If you have any other questions, feel free to ask me!
