Seems like Himaruya is thinking of making Portugal official. Not too sure, but it looks like it to me. Well, on the picture he did write "I've been thinking of Portuguese character" in English on the picture. (Seems like he knows about the little misunderstanding from earlier this week, lol.)
I don't know what the other stuff on the picture says though. (If anyone can translate it, that would be great!) I'm just guessing, but looks like he's tryna decide if it should be male or female. (Crossing fingers for female.)
