New Hetalia countries?

So yeah, basiclly when I got home today from school I went and visted Himaruya's blog, there was a new post, and It has a few designs, I was wondering if anyone knew about this, and on one of the designs, Romano and Spain's in it, so that made me a little exctied thinking it could be their son/daughter or something. Any one of the fellow Himaruya stalkers know about it?
