He represents the micronation of Slowjamastan, which was founded in 2021 near Palm Springs, California, USA. His first appearance was in Hetalia World☆Stars episode 497.

He is tall with short, light-colored hair that is ether a pale blonde or white, and light teal blue eyes. He wears large sunglasses and has pointed teeth, giving him an almost menacing appearance although he is quite the opposite.
Personality[]
Slowjamastan appears to be highly eccentric yet honest. He seems to admire the attention he receives from those he deems his senpai's and shows them great respect in return. He has a sense of pride in how he was formed and has called himself Molossia's underling due to the help he had provided in helping create and form Slowjamastan and his official policies and systems.
Relationships[]
- Molossia: Molossia is seen as a mentor, that Slowjamastan expresses seeing himself as an underling too. He expresses gratitude toward him for helping with the found the system his government would be built onto. He Also referees to himself as Molossia younger brother.
Role in the Series[]
Slowjamastan debuts when the micronations are trying to gather new members. He rides in on a motorcycle and is revealed to be Molossia's younger brother and his self-proclaimed underling. He reveals the leader of his home is a radio D.J. who traveled the world so much that he visited every known country and fell into despair when there were no more to visit.
Slowjamastan then reveals how he came into existence when he explains that his boss met Molossia and learned he could make his own nation. Molossia adds that he had helped out in doing this which possibly explains why Slowjamastan is so tall as it caused him to grow so quickly. However, Molossia adds that Slowjamastan's land is rather large as well.

They also have a fully functioning police department, fire department, and patrol for the border. It is stated the border is so secure that landmines have been buried around the nation to prevent trespassing but there is no confirmation if this is true. According to laws of Slowjamastan, it is illegal to wear croc shoes, drive in the left lane unless passing, and string cheese must be eaten a certain way.
