Rie Kugimiya (釘宮 理恵 ,Kugimiya Rie, born May 30, 1979 in Osaka) is a seiyū affiliated with I'm Enterprise. She voices Liechtenstein in the Axis Powers Hetalia anime adaptation, as well as the drama CDs. She was the original voice for Latvia as well, in his drama CD appearances, but did not reprise the role for the anime adaptation.
