Masaya Onosoka (小野坂 昌也 Onosaka Masaya) is a seiyū affiliated with Aoni Production. He is the voice of France and Mr. Puffin in the anime and drama CD adaptations of Hetalia: Axis Powers/ Hetalia: World Series, as well as other bit roles in the series.
