Kugelmugel (クーゲルムーゲル, Kūgerumūgeru) is a minor character in the series Hetalia:Axis Powers.
Appearance

Kugelmugel is a young man with purple eyes and white hair worn in two long braids with a ahoge that is similar to Austria's. He also has a mole that is underneath his left eye.
He wears a red beret and a white vest with a dress shirt with blue stripes on it. He also wears a small bow, purple shorts, tan leggings and boots.

Kugelmugel is an Austrian micronation that was created by an artist. As such, Kugelmugel is a very artistic nation, being seen in his debut to hugging his knees and pondering whether revolution, Baumkuchen and declaring independence are art.
