Italy's Song to Germany (ドイツに捧げるイタリアのうた Doitsu ni sasageru Itaria no Uta, commonly referred to as Doitsu) is a song that Italy wrote to Germany while being held captive by him in Episode 03. It is sung by Daisuke Namikawa in the voice of Italy. In the English dub, it is sung by Todd Haberkorn. The song is also present in the Axis Powers arc of the published manga, although in the English edition it has been re-written to rhyme.

Germany is a great place
They feed me even though I'm a prisoner,
The food doesn't taste crappy like British stuff either.
It's all so tasty!
For a dog, it's heaven. That's Germany.
Why are all Germans so stern?
I am going to be crushed by their intimidation.
My heart is so afraid I am going to cry
Even the girls are rugged, too
Is it your everyday hobby to burst barrels of beer?
Please stop raiding my house in mobs
The tourists are way too scary.
The German chicks are bigger and better built than me!
Germany! Germany! Germany is a really, really nice place.
Even though I'm your prisoner,
They give me food,
And it doesn't suck like English food.
Sausages with cheeses always taste so good.
It'd be heaven for a dog;
Yeah, that's Germany.
Tell me, how is it you Germans are so robust?
You're crushing me with your intimidation.
My fragility causes me to openly weep out of fear;
Your women terrify me.
Is it the normal to drink a barrel of beer and then bust it on somebody's head?
Please don't come to my place in large mobs!
German tourists are scary!
Even the girls that are from Germany are more rugged than I am.
The song is available on the ending theme's CD single, Marukaite Chikyuu, as the second track.
