Duangua

Hong Kong is usually depicted dressed in a burgundy-colored duangua and dark brown pants. The style of this outfit has varied due to changes made to the design. In an early sketch sheet, the duangua fastened in the front. In another variation shown in the trading card game, it was lighter-colored and had deep red trim, while Hong Kong wore white spats over his shoes and a gold sash around his waist.

Later illustrations show the duangua to have brown or golden trim, while Hong Kong wears gauze wraps around his legs.

Medic (Hetalia Fantasia)

In illustrations done to supplement the drama CD Hetalia Fantasia, Hong Kong is shown wearing a white duangua, in his role as a medic.
