Hiroki Takahashi (高橋 広樹 Takahashi Hiroki) is a seiyū affiliated with Big Shot/Interchannel. He voices Japan and Cuba in the anime and drama CD adaptations of Hetalia: Axis Powers/ Hetalia: World Series.
Initially in the drama CDs, he voiced Japan with a more soft-spoken, younger voice. However in the later CDs and the anime, Japan has a deeper, more mature-sounding voice.
