Hetalia x Goodnight with Sheep Vol. 8 - Halloween Sleeping (ヘタリア x 羊でおやすみシリーズvol.8「ハロウィンでおやすみ」 Hetaria × Hitsuji de Oyasumi Shiriizu vol.8 "Harouin de Oyasumi) is a drama CD created as part of a collaboration between Hetalia: Axis Powers and the Goodnight with Sheep series. This volume focuses on the characters America and England, who are having trouble falling asleep and decide to count sheep for each other and the listener.

I’m So Scared that I Can’t Sleep![]
America and England are having their yearly Halloween showdown. Both are confident in their own victory, but America loses once again. England had already known what America will try against him this year, so he wasn't scared. In contrast, England had used a new trick and has won once again. After this, the two of them watch some horror movies. America is hiding under his blanket. England teases him for being a coward and goes to the guest room. America stops him and asks him to sleep with him due to Tony's absence. England scolds him for choosing to watch a slasher, but America remembered how when he was little, England usually fell asleep before America could, and he said that England would "betray" him and fall asleep first either way. England insisted that back then he had counted sheep for America until he has fallen asleep, but America insisted that England had fallen asleep while counting sheep. After some more bickering, the two decide to compete on who will fall asleep last.
Not Much I Can Do. I’ll Count![]
America gives up the first turn, letting England count for him. The latter smugly counts to 10 sheep: America groans about it sounding too delinquent-like for him to fall asleep. England is indignant about America calling him a former delinquent. He tucks America with a lot of force and counts to 20 sheep; America still isn't falling sleep. England doesn't give up and calmly counts to 30, while America is getting bored out of his mind. The latter gets up to get something to eat but realizes that he doesn't have anything to eat. England offers him a scone, which America didn't even recognize as food at first. America doesn't take the scone, saying that he'll get food poisoning if he'd eat it, which enrages England. After calming down a bit, England counts to 40 sheep, after which America almost falls asleep. England then finishes up by counting 10 more sheep, winning the competition.
If You Think You Can Put Me to Sleep, Then Do It![]
America suddenly wakes up, startling England. The latter offers to sing a lullaby. America doesn't want to hear any of it, but England does so anyway, unintentionally scaring the other. America then challenges England once again, saying that he'll put England to sleep with his counting. The latter agrees, being confident in winning.
