No, But I Must Take My Leave...[]

Japan is visiting China but is planning to leave soon. China insists on him drinking some more tea with him before going. The two of them look at the moon: China sees a rabbit making medicine, and Japan sees a rabbit pounding mochi. They argue a bit, and China takes it upon himself to tell Japan his version of the story. After telling Japan the myth, he asks whether the other has stories about the moon. Japan gets a book out of his bag and gives it to China, who then gets visibly distressed by the hiragana. China reminisces the day he's met Japan, calling him out for being rude. China offers Japan some more tea, but the latter rejects the offer saying that he has to go home. The former then grabs him by the hand, leading Japan to the bedroom so that he could rest. Japan is visibly confused.

I Will Count for You, Aru![]

China gets Japan to lie down and tells him to stop forcing himself to be awake. Japan denies doing so, so China insists on reading a bedtime story for Japan, to which the other protests, so China stops on counting sheep for Japan. China counts to 10, Japan doesn't fall asleep due to how powerful the counting is. China doesn't change his style and count to 20. The other is still awake. China slows his counting down and counts to 30. Japan still doesn't budge but lies about being a bit sleepy. After China counts to 40, Japan is still wide awake, asking the other to let him go home. China counts to 50, after which Japan offers him to just give up. He refuses the offer.

I Think Sheep Counting to Yourself Might Be More Effective, Aru![]

China comes to a realization that making Japan count to himself may be more effective. Japan refuses to do so, but China insists, and Japan eventually reluctantly agrees.

Though This May Be Forward, Please Allow Me to Count.[]

Japan tells China to also lie down, but the latter refuses due to not trusting Japan to not go home. Japan counts to 10 but doesn't fall asleep. China tells him to continue counting, so he counts to 20. China yawns, and Japan gets the idea to count until China falls asleep. He counts to 30 and tells China to lie down. China reluctantly agrees. After Japan counts to 40 sheep, China falls asleep. He sleep-talks for a moment, which scares Japan, but the latter realizes that China isn't awake. He counts to 50 just to be sure and goes home.
