Hetalia x Goodnight with Sheep Vol. 3 - Let's Sing a Lullaby Together (to Fall Asleep) (ヘタリア x 羊でおやすみシリーズvol.3「みんなでいっしょに子守歌でおやすみ」 Hetaria × Hitsuji de Oyasumi Shiriizu vol. 3 "Minna de Issho ni Komoriuta de Oyasumi") is a drama CD created as part of a collaboration between Hetalia: Axis Powers and the Goodnight with Sheep series. This volume focuses on the characters Hungary, Austria, Holy Roman Empire, and Chibitalia, who are having trouble falling asleep and decide to count sheep for each other and the listener.

It Looks Like My Counting is No Good...[]
Hungary hears Chibitalia saying something from afar. She takes a peek inside the room and sees that Chibitalia is counting sheep for Holy Rome, who cannot fall asleep. Holy Rome notices her, and Hungary panics due to her cover being blown. Chibitalia is sad because his counting can't help Holy Rome fall asleep, which the latter denies. He wants to say that he's too embarrassed to fall asleep but can't muster up the courage. Chibitalia gives up and asks Hungary to count sheep for Holy Rome.
All Right, I’ll Try to Count Too![]
Hungary counts 10 sheep. Chibitalia almost falls asleep, and Holy Rome doesn't feel sleepy at all due to Chibitalia being next to him. Hungary counts up to 20 and asks whether the two of them are cold. She then tucks in Chibitalia and continues counting. Once she hits 30, Chibitalia and Holy Rome exchange a couple of phrases, after which Hungary counts until 40. Chibitalia gets hungry, and Hungary comforts him by saying that he'll have something to eat tomorrow during breakfast. Chibitalia asks whether they'll serve pasta for breakfast, and Hungary says no, making a scarily good impression of Austria, which scares the other two. She counts to 50 and gives up, because Chibitalia and Holy Rome look wide awake.
Make Haste and Fall Asleep, You Fool![]
Austria enters the room and scolds everyone for causing a ruckus. Hungary asks him to count sheep for Chibitalia and Holy Rome, to Austria's confusion. After some talking, Hungary convinces Austria to count sheep while playing the piano, as if he's singing a lullaby.
It Seems I Have No Choice. I Shall Count.[]
Hungary joins the other two to listen to Austria's counting. He proceeds to aggressively count to 10, which scares Chibitalia a bit. Hungary asks him not to be so outwardly aggressive, so Austria proceeds to count to 20 with an annoyed tone. Chibitalia still feels uncomfortable but is unable to voice his opinion, so Hungary reminds Austria that he should count sheep as if he's singing a lullaby. He counts to 30, and Chibitalia falls asleep. Holy Rome tries to ask whether Chibitalia is asleep, but Hungary cuts him off. Austria counts up to 40, and Holy Rome falls asleep next. Hungary wants to leave the room, but Austria tells her that she should continue listening to his counting until she falls asleep. After he hits 50 sheep, Hungary falls asleep. Austria then leaves the room, wishing everyone a good night.
