Hetalia: World★Stars Character Song & Drama Vol. 2 (ヘタリア World★Stars キャラクターソング＆ドラマ Vol.2, Hetaria World★Stars Kyarakutaa Songu & Dorama Vol.2) is a CD that contains five image songs for America, England, France, Russia, and China. It also conatins the last six parts of the original drama for this series of character CDs. The songs are sung by Katsuyuki Konishi, Noriaki Sugiyama, Masaya Onosaka, Yasuhiro Takato, and Yuki Kaida. The album was released on August 25, 2021, and it is a part of the fourth series of character CDs.
A "Luxury edition" of the album was packaged with five can badges featuring each of the characters from the jacket art. In addition, orders of the album through Animate came with an L sized bromide of the jacket illustration, and a version packaged with the first volume came with an A4 clear file of the jacket illustration.
