Hetalia: The World Twinkle Character CD Vol. 5 - Norway and Iceland (アニメ『ヘタリア The World Twinkle』 キャラクターCD Vol.5 ノルウェー ＆ アイスランド Anime Hetaria The World Twinkle Kyarakutaa CD Vol.5 Noruvee & Aisurando) is a CD that contains two image songs for Norway and Iceland. The songs are sung by Masami Iwasaki and Ayumu Asakura. The album was released on September 25, 2015, and it is a part of the third series of character CDs.
The album was originally slated for release on August 26, 2015, but was postponed for undisclosed reasons.

Those, who bought all 8 volumes of the second character CD series, could apply for receiving 8 can badges with jacket illustrations of the character CD series. Each CD came with an application form, and the volume 8 CD came with an application card that you could fill out and send in together with the forms to receive the bonus. Those, who bought all of the CDs in conjunction, also received a storage box for the CDs.
