Prologue[]

Germany is leading the newspaper club's meeting, saying that they should fill a column in the monthly edition of their newspaper before the student council puts France's love poems in it. Japan nods off during the meeting due to watching the previous day's soccer game at night, and Italy is not present at all. Germany and Japan then discuss where Italy might be as he suddenly throws the door open, saying something about alley cats being fast. Germany scolds him for being late and making such a noisy entrance, telling him the proper way to enter the room. Italy laughs a bit and goes outside the room, then reentering and politely greeting the other two. He breaks the proper character, saying that it's way too boring.

Germany tells Italy what they were discussing before he came in, and Italy proposes to add his romance correspondence as a column, which Germany violently shuts down. Japan proposes to write a column about alley cats' fast reflexes, which Italy mentioned before, but Germany also declines the idea. Japan then comes up with the idea to write a column where they answer the readers' questions. The other two find the idea interesting and agree. The first question was addressed to Italy. Someone asked why Italians wear their shirts open, and Italy says that it's manly and stylish, which Japan doesn't really get. Italy then tries to unbutton Germany's shirt to show Japan how manly it looks to which Germany protests. Italy then offers to unbutton Japan's shirt, which the latter also declined.

Boss’ Thing[]

The next question is about Spain. The reader asks the members of the newspaper club to investigate the meaning behind his curl, which causes Germany to wonder about the meaning of every such detail in each country. Japan cuts him off before he wanders too far in his thoughts. The members of the newspaper club then approach Spain, asking him about his curl, while Romano is kicking him pretty hard. Spain says that the curl must be Gaudí, but Romano says that he has had that curl even before Gaudí was born. Spain is shocked by the knowledge he has acquired, but immediately comes to term with it as soon as Romano says that a smooth-haired Spain would've been disgusting.

A Hero Among Heroes![]

The next question is for America. The reader wonders which hero is America's favorite. Japan mentions that his own favorite hero. The three of them chat for a bit and go on to find America. They knock on the door of the hero clubroom where he greets them. America and Japan then chat about the whole-body suit that the former is developing. America describes the suit having a downside which makes the user wear purple spandex and ride a horse. Italy then wonders if he can become a hero if he wears purple spandex in which America places doubt. The members then ask America about his favorite superhero, and he answers that his favorite is himself.

The Truth Behind the Rumors[]

A reader asks whether England truly does embroidery. Japan says that England is quite a soft guy, but Italy says that he has heard that England's is immersed in rock'n'roll through and through. The three members then catch England while he's in the hall, asking him the question. England admits enjoying some embroidery in his free time, which surprises Italy very much. Italy then tells England about the rumor of him being too into rock, which England denies due to the description of the outfit he'd wear sounding like a health hazard. Germany and Italy are both surprised about England being into embroidery and Japan tells them more about England's soft side. Italy wants to read some of England's poems, but the latter scolds Italy a bit for latching onto that detail and then admits to liking embroidery once again, saying that he could send them 3 gigabytes worth of embroidery photos. Germany says that they only have 100 MBs of storage available on the school PC due to it being very-very old. Japan offers to bring his own PC to school so that they could accept England's offer.

Tighten Your Body and....[]

A reader asks whether Russia's stomach feels hard or soft when punched. Japan thinks that it's hard, while Italy bets 90 cents that it's soft. The members approach Russia with Germany asking the question. Russia agrees but asks Germany not to punch a hole through him. Russia then jokingly asks whether Germany will be okay with his arm getting buried in his stomach or Russia's stomach getting split and a mini-him taking form. Italy, who is already scared, screams in terror and runs away. Germany then punches Russia in the stomach. Italy asks whether Russia's stomach has split to which Russia replies with a resounding yes, despite it being not true. Japan asks Germany how Russia's stomach felt, to which the latter replies by saying that it felt hard enough, but his fist has sunk through a bit, so the question really didn't have a clear-cut answer.

Black and White and...?[]

A reader asks which character from Records of the Three Kingdoms is China's favorite. China says that it's Guan Yu and then tries to sell a 100 CDs to the members of the newspaper club, with Germany instantly shutting his business down. Another reader asks the club members to investigate China's panda. China says that pandas always seem to climb into his backpack and that it's not always the same one. He then mentions how he freaked out when a fluorescent pink one climbed inside of his backpack but reassured everyone that baby pandas are naturally this color. Everyone is surprised by China being unfazed by pandas always clinging to him, but he tells them that it's the least of his troubles. China then has to run back home because a large group of stray cats has taken over his house.

Epilogue[]

The members of the newspaper club discuss the questions they have left unanswered, especially about out-of-place artifacts. Italy actually believes that ancient people predicted cars, and Germany gets a bit jealous of Italy's naivety. After that, everyone got to work, combining the information they got into a column for the monthly newspaper. The scene cuts to France being dramatic due to the monthly newspaper not having an opening for his love poems. He claims that his poems can make anyone fall in love with him and goes on to read them out loud to Canada who was listening to the former's whining just to be polite.
