Plot Summary[]

The narrator introduces Russia, who arrived at Italy's place for the G8 meeting. Russia feels hot, so he blames it on the 'annoying voice' being the narrator, who swiftly shuts up. Russia then gets scared by Belarus, who's talking about marriage, as per usual, with Russia trying to force her to go home, but fails. The two of them try to find the meeting building, Russia feeling uncomfortable due to Belarus' presence. Japan is walking somewhere nearby and sees Ukraine, who got lost while searching for the G8 meeting building. He doesn't recognize her at first and wants to help her, but she disappears before he could have the chance due to him rehearsing how he would approach her. Japan is then startled by Russia, who approached from behind. It suddenly becomes chilly due to Belarus' presence. Japan asks Russia to make her stop, but he says that he's unable to do so, to Japan's surprise. Russia then tries to introduce Japan to Belarus, who progressively gets angry at Japan and then gets inside his clothes, continuing to talk about marriage with Russia. Russia apologizes to Japan for making him witness this mess.

The three of them arrive at the meeting building, with England standing nearby. He was waiting for Japan. Taking notice of Russia, he tells him to leave, but both Russia and Belarus give him scary looks. All of them go inside the building, and the meeting starts. As per usual, England and America argue, and England heavily implies kicking Russia out of G8, but Russia doesn't get the hint and just breaks England's stare. France offers to make Spain a member of the G8, and Germany agrees, saying that they should also kick out France so the G8 would stay G8, thanking France for his service up to this point. France strongly disagrees, America laughs, and Russia wonders why France is so unhappy about getting more days off. After some running and arguing, everyone finally settles down. Japan offers to look through each country's national archive. Everyone agrees, but Germany stops them from looking at Italy's archive, England and Japan noticing his soft spot for Italy. The meeting then continues as normal.

After the meeting has ended, Russia is once again complaining about the hot weather at Italy's place. Belarus continues creeping Russia out, right until the two of them see Ukraine, who is fortune-telling on a chamomile. She's crying, because the flowers tell her that she shouldn't reconcile with Russia. Russia tries to calm her down but unsuccessfully. Japan looks for Ukraine due to hearing her voice, and England goes along with him. Belarus tells Ukraine that she should look for a flower with and odd number of petals. Russia sighs. England takes a Polaroid photo of the sight because he wanted to have proof of this weakness of Russia's. Ukraine eventually finds a chamomile with an odd number of petals and promises to visit Russia, give him some bread and pay back for the boat. Belarus starts singing for Russia, but the latter doesn't care and laments not understanding his sisters. England and Japan discuss how Russia turned out the way he is but get noticed by him. The voice drama ends in a cliffhanger.
