Plot Summary[]
Romano comes back home, while Italy is drawing a poster for Germany. The latter is out of ideas, so he goes up to Japan to ask for help. Japan doesn't know for whom he's drawing the poster, so he gave Italy a romantic poster design. When he realized that the poster is supposed to be for Germany, it was already too late.
Italy runs up to Germany, saying that he's made a poster for him and asking whether he can put it up. Germany agrees, but soon decides against it after seeing the actual poster. Italy goes home sad due to having to take down all of the posters. Romano laughs at him, saying that Germany must hate him. Italy can't seem to remember Germany being happy with him, so he believes Romano's words, but decides to ask Germany.
Italy runs to Germany's house, almost getting shot by Switzerland, who was angered by Italy trespassing once again. He eventually arrived at Germany's house, breaking into the bathroom while the latter was taking an evening shower. Italy asks whether Germany likes him, with Germany being taken aback by the question. He says that he doesn't hate Italy, but Italy then asks Germany to state his feelings more clearly. Germany says that he likes Italy, so the latter takes the opportunity to make Germany say that as many times as Italy feels like hearing before going home.
Japan goes to Germany's house to borrow some oil, thinking that he must be way too late for Germany to even be awake. Japan sees the lights still being on and hears the latter part of Italy's and Germany's discussion, being unable to grasp what is going on. He enters the house, seeing the two of them most likely in a somewhat compromising position, making Italy's words about getting closer sound weird.

- The mini drama included on the CD is based on the The Axis Powers Jokes strip from the original Hetalia: Axis Powers webcomic.
