Surprise Halloween! (サプライズ・ハロウィーン! Sapuraizu Harouīn!) is the fourth extra episode of Hetalia: The World Twinkle, and the fourteenth overall in the anime series Hetalia. It is the first episode of Hetalia to have a longer running time, and was released on DVD on February 24, 2016. It adapts the majority of the Halloween 2011 event.
