Plot Summary

Hello World! Hello Italy!

This episode opens with Germany walking into Italy's room proclaiming (read: shouting) that he is going to be late for the morning drill only to find that Italy is 'sleeping'. Germany walks over and kneels beside Italy's bed and offers to tell him about a kudo move he learned in Japan which results in Italy shooting up out of bed proclaiming "I'm up! I'm up!".

In the next segment Germany is once again seen storming into Italy's room shouting "Italy! Oversleeping again!?". Italy is then shown lying in bed on his side with his back turned to Germany. He rolls over onto his back only for Germany to discover that he has caught a cold. Germany places his hand on Italy's head saying, "Don't catch a cold," which prompts a sneeze from the heavily breathing Italy.

America's Situation With Ghosts

In the next segment America asks Japan to watch a horror movie with him. Japan agrees and the two sit down to watch the movie. Japan is unafraid of the movie and actually finds it to be a bit funny and quite interesting while America is scared to death of it.

When the movie is over America is about to ask Japan if he would watch another movie with him but Japan declines and instead gives America some horror video games to borrow to help him overcome his fear of frightening things. America takes the video games with thanks to Japan and then Japan leaves.

The next day Japan comes back to America’s house to find out how the games were only to find out that America had in fact enjoyed the games and was not afraid of them at all. Japan is left to wonder what America considers to be frightening knowing he will never figure out that answer.
