Personally, I'm very excited to read the continuation of the HWS manga when it starts back up in January, and I hope we get to see my boi Knights Templar in anime form, also excited to see more France in this house 🙏 I'm also really curious about Hima's other work that he announced alongside the Hetalia stuff, it looks interesting!
(And who knows, maybe we'll get an official HWS manga translation at some point 👀)

Gender in Hetalia
hey guys! I hope there are still people on this wiki, I’ve always wondered what does gender signify in Hetalia? I always thought it didn’t really make sense why some countries were male and others were female. Personally I think it would make more sense if there were both Male and Female versions of each country, and if the series would have focused primarily on the male characters while sometimes dipping into the female character’s lives.
What do you guys think? Does anyone know Himaruya’s reasoning behind this?

England's Pet Cow
Looking at some art, I began to notice that England has a cow companion.
In the art pictured, a young England seems to be playing with a cow as well as a fairy. Perhaps this is because in British folklore, Fairies enjoy milk, hence England enjoying cows.
The cow is also in the "He Loves Fishing in Troubled Waters" strip. It is pictured alongside England, sticking its tongue out at Spain.
If anyone has more information about his cow, I'd be happy to know! I just thought it was intresting.

Hello! I didn't know where to write this, as I'm sort of new here, however I believe we should add two other pairings to the list. These pairings both regard Romania. The first one being Romania/Bulgaria. If there needs tobe an explanation as to why I bleieve this one should be added, then my reasoning is that there have been interactions between the two in official works by Himaruya. Like the halloween event where their costume wings got stuck, when Romania didn't let Bulgaria wear a certain jacket, or when they worked together for Russia.

I've researched Queen Victoria, one of England's bosses. Apparently, her 9 kids (and her many grandchildren) married into so many royal houses across Europe (Spain, Germany, Russia), and I can't help but feel sorry for England because he got tied to so many European nations, including some who were against him in World War I. Does anyone feel sorry for England now, especially with Queen Victoria's matchmaking?

Hetalia Seiyuu Event 2011- Subtitle project
I'm currently working on making subtitles for the Hetalia Seiyuu Event 2011 video. I'm using the original Chinese subs and an English translation of the Chinese subs as references. When the project is finished, it will have a BETA release, as it could have some inaccuracies. So, just let me know if you want to work on the subtitles project and we'll talk about it then.

So random. And it's finally happened! Monaco is in the anime. It's a little late but a greater time than ever to finally see her. Also who else just freaked out when France was in a dress? I just...wha...what? Crazy episode I tell you and I watched it about 15 times. Has some accual historical themes in this episode when Germany cross that forest.
